The Gambia University of Applied Science, Engineering and Technology (USET) invites all students who have completed their academic requirements and are eligible to graduate to fill out the Graduation Form in preparation for the upcoming June 2025 Convocation Ceremony.
Filling out the form is mandatory for all eligible students who wish to be considered for graduation.
Only students who complete the form by the deadline will be included in the official graduation list.
Important Update on Fees
We wish to inform you that the previously required convocation charge of D1,000 has been waived, and those who have already made payments will receive a refund.
Muffler (Shash) Purchase - NEW
To streamline the process, USET has procured mufflers (shash) at a discounted price of D300. These mufflers bear the names of USET and our affiliated institutes, ITT and IIE. Due to limited availability, distribution will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment and Collection Process:
- You may purchase a muffler for D300 directly from your department
- If you have previously paid the D1,000 convocation charge, you can deduct D300 from your refund and claim the remaining D700 balance
